Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy (5)

What is therapy like?

As serious as therapy is my clients and I find ourselves laughing quite a bit. I am extremely well trained and serious about my work but I also conduct therapy in a relaxed manner.

How long does therapy take?

Therapy reduces the frequency, intensity, and duration of your symptoms. You could see some change in as little as one session but typically change occurs over longer periods of time. Most patients see significant results over several months. But everyone is different.

How long is a session?

My individual sessions are 45 minutes long. Group sessions are 90 minutes long.

Is therapy confidential?

Absolutely. Since I do not accept insurance plans there is no obligation to disclose anything discussed during therapy. Helping to create a relationship with clients that facilitates change, which includes trust, respect, and confidentiality is of utmost importance to me.

Fees and Insurance (2)

What does it cost?

My average cost per session is $180-$230

Are you in any insurance networks?

No, I don;’t accept any insurance plans or their rate schedules. I will however, submit your forms to your insurance provider.
